  • Automazing, LLC ("Notifyer Systems", "we", "us", or "our") is the company that collects and processes Personal Data for the purposes described in this Policy

  • Customer or Client is a legal business entity with whom Notifyer Systems has an agreement to provide the Services

About Notifyer Systems

Notifyer Systems is a notification and communication platform that enables businesses to send automated notifications, alerts, and messages to their customers through the WhatsApp Business Platform. We specialize in integrating with other business workflow software services and integrate with the major automation systems, such as Make.com, allowing you to easily plug WhatsApp into your existing business workflow. We achieve this in two ways:

  1. Through our API, which allows direct integration of WhatsApp messaging capabilities into companies' existing technology stacks and business systems
  2. Through our pre-built modules on popular automation platforms (such as Make.com), enabling businesses to easily incorporate WhatsApp messaging into their automated workflows without complex coding

Using the WhatsApp Cloud API, our platform acts as a technical bridge between businesses' existing systems and WhatsApp's messaging infrastructure. We handle the complex technical aspects of WhatsApp API integration while ensuring full compliance with WhatsApp's business policies and data protection standards.

You can get our private Notifyer Systems Make.com App on the marketplace. Using the WhatsApp Cloud API, our platform helps businesses send and manage their customer communication efficiently and securely. We facilitate the delivery of messages through the official WhatsApp Business API, ensuring compliance with WhatsApp's business policies and data protection standards.

Data Collection & Use

Notifyer Systems collects information, including Personal Data, for:

  • Providing and managing WhatsApp API integration services
  • Facilitating connections between business systems and WhatsApp
  • Supporting automation platform integrations
  • Processing messages through the WhatsApp Business Platform
  • Account registration, onboarding, and customer support
  • Sending occasional product and service communications where consent has been given
  • Internal business purposes
  • Understanding and improving our integration services

Information We Collect at Registration

When you create a Notifyer Systems account, our sign-up form collects the information described below. Each field is used only for the purposes stated. Fields marked as optional are not required to create an account or use the Service.

Required fields

  • Full name: used to identify you on your account, personalize your experience in the console, and allow our support team to address you correctly when assisting you with the Service.
  • Email address: used as your primary account identifier and login credential, to send essential service communications (such as account verification, security notices, billing, and subscription updates), and to respond to support enquiries you submit to us.
  • Password: used solely to authenticate access to your account. Your password is stored in encrypted form and is never displayed in plain text.
  • Terms acceptance: by checking the box confirming agreement to our Terms of Service, this Privacy Policy, and the applicable WhatsApp and Meta business terms, you confirm that you have read and agree to be bound by those documents before your account is created.

Optional fields

  • Your WhatsApp number (including country selection): if you choose to provide it, used for the purposes described in the "Support and Marketing Communications" section below. This field is clearly marked as optional on our sign-up form and is accompanied by the following disclosure at the point of collection:

"Optional, used for our support to help you set up for free and occasional marketing messages."

You are not required to provide a phone number to create an account or use Notifyer Systems in full. If you leave this field blank, we will not contact you via WhatsApp or SMS for support or marketing purposes.

  • What are you looking to automate? if you choose to provide it, used to understand your intended use case so we can tailor onboarding guidance, setup recommendations, and support to your needs. This information is not used for marketing communications unless you have also provided consent via the optional WhatsApp number field above.
  • Which automation tools do you use? if you choose to provide it, used to understand which platforms you integrate with (such as Zapier, Make, n8n, Monday.com, or Pipedrive) so we can offer relevant setup guidance and integration support. This information is not shared with third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

WhatsApp Business numbers connected to the platform

Separately, if you connect a WhatsApp Business phone number to our platform for sending messages to your customers, we process that number and related message content in accordance with Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform policies. This is distinct from any personal contact number you may voluntarily provide at account registration.

Support and Marketing Communications

This section applies when you choose to provide a WhatsApp or mobile phone number during account registration.

How we obtain your consent

We obtain your consent through a clear, affirmative action at signup. By voluntarily entering your WhatsApp or mobile phone number in the optional registration field—after being presented with the disclosure quoted above—and by completing account creation, including acceptance of our Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy, you expressly consent to Notifyer Systems contacting you at that number for the purposes set out below.

We do not use pre-ticked boxes or implied consent for these communications. Providing your number is an optional, deliberate choice. If you do not provide a number, we will not contact you via WhatsApp or SMS for the purposes described in this section.

How we use your contact number

  • Setup and support: to help you configure your account, onboard to the platform, and resolve technical or service-related questions, including free setup assistance via WhatsApp or other messaging channels
  • Marketing and product updates: to send you occasional communications about Notifyer Systems features, integrations, offers, and related WhatsApp automation services that we believe may be relevant to your use of the platform

Lawful basis for processing

Where applicable data protection laws require a lawful basis— including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR), and similar legislation—we rely on your consent as the lawful basis for sending marketing communications to a number you voluntarily provide with the disclosure above. Support-related contact may additionally be based on performance of our contract with you or our legitimate interests in providing customer assistance, where permitted by law.

Records of consent

To meet our legal and compliance obligations, we maintain records associated with your account that may include:

  • Your full name, email address, and account registration details
  • The WhatsApp or mobile phone number you submitted, if provided
  • Any optional information you provided, such as your automation use case or preferred integration tools
  • The date and time of account creation
  • Confirmation that you accepted our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy at signup
  • The version of this Privacy Policy in effect at the time you registered

These records are retained for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter as required by applicable law, regulation, or legitimate business needs (including the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims). They may be used to demonstrate the consent you provided and the disclosures presented to you at the time of registration.

Withdrawing consent and opting out

You may withdraw your consent to marketing communications at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. To opt out, you may:

  • Reply with an opt-out request (such as "STOP" or "unsubscribe") to any marketing message we send you
  • Email us at team@whatsable.app with the subject line "Marketing Opt-Out" and the phone number you wish to remove
  • Request account or contact detail updates through your account settings where available

After we process your opt-out request, we will cease sending marketing communications to that number within a reasonable timeframe. You may still receive essential transactional, billing, or account-related messages where permitted by law and necessary to provide the Service.

For WhatsApp message delivery through the platform, we process phone numbers and message content of your end customers in accordance with Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform policies. End-customer data is controlled by you as our Customer; please see the "Service Management" section below.

Third-Party Integrations

Notifyer Systems collects information, including Personal Data, for:

  • Our service integrates with both business systems and automation platforms
  • Data sharing with these platforms is governed by their respective privacy policies
  • Users should review the privacy policies of any integrated services they use
  • We maintain data protection standards in accordance with Meta's requirements for technology providers

Note: Our services are not directed to children under 16.

Service Management

  • We may access and process Personal Data on behalf of our Customers
  • Customers control how their data is collected, used, and stored
  • For questions about Customer data usage, please contact them directly

Security & Storage

  • Data is stored in secure cloud servers in compliance with Meta's data protection requirements
  • All personally identifiable information is encrypted
  • Account deletion requests: team@whatsable.app
  • Data is deleted upon service termination unless otherwise requested

Cookie Usage

We use session-based and persistent cookies for:

  • Account authentication
  • User preferences
  • Usage tracking
  • Service improvement

Note: We do not currently respond to Do Not Track signals.

Your Data Protection Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights under applicable data protection laws, including the right to access personal data we hold about you, request correction or deletion, restrict or object to certain processing, data portability, and the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

If you wish to exercise any of these rights, or request information about how your data is processed—including records relating to consent you provided at registration—please contact us at team@whatsable.app. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

If you are located in the UK or EEA and believe we have not addressed your concerns, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority. We encourage you to contact us first so we may resolve your concern directly.

We may update this policy periodically. Continued service use after changes indicates acceptance of updates.
